Some collection tasks are nicer with a little more space. We are trialling NibVault on the web: an optional place to browse and manage your pens and inks from a browser, with sync to a connected NibVault app.
A familiar collection, on a bigger screen
The trial brings your pens, inks and filling history together at my.nibvault.app. You can edit collection details, manage your ink supply, and archive items you want to keep in your history without keeping them in your active library.
Ink stock respects what you actually own. Multiple bottles of the same size can share an entry, while a 50 ml bottle, a 20 ml bottle and a sample remain separate supplies. Finishing an ink does not mean losing the fills you recorded with it.
We are testing it with collectors
Access starts with an invitation-only trial. We want to check the everyday experience: finding a pen or ink, changing a detail, managing archives, and seeing changes arrive between the website and phone. We may pause registrations or temporarily pause the website and sync for maintenance.

Your choice to connect
The app still works locally without an account. Website access is optional and requires sign-in. Connecting your app uploads an online copy of your collection and photographs to NibVault’s service; this is separate from personal iCloud or Google Drive sync. Your collection does not become a public catalogue listing.
Use a compatible app build, keep a current backup, and leave the app open and online while checking sync. During the trial, tell us what feels natural and what gets in the way. That feedback will help shape the wider release.
