We are testing an optional website for managing your pens, inks, stock and filling history, with sync to a connected NibVault app.

The app still works locally without an account. Website use requires sign-in; connecting your app uploads an online copy of your collection and photographs. Your collection is not published in the public catalogue.
What can I try?
Browse and edit your pens and inks, manage bottles and samples, review filling history, and archive or restore collection entries. Connect a compatible NibVault app to keep changes in sync while the app is open and online.
Getting started
- Open My collection and check whether access is invitation-only, open or temporarily paused.
- Sign in with Google or Apple. During the private trial, use the email address on your invitation. If you use Apple Hide My Email, tell us the relay address used for NibVault.
- In a compatible app build, open the NibVault website connection in your sync settings. Follow the phone-linking steps and approve the code you started on your own phone.
- Keep the app open for the initial sync. Check that your collection appears before making changes on the website.
Optional, and still being tested
You can continue using the app locally without joining. Website sync is separate from backups and sync in your own iCloud or Google Drive account. If you connect to the website, collection records and photographs are stored on NibVault’s service so you can use them in a browser. They are not added to the public catalogue.
Keep a current backup during the trial. We may pause new registrations or put the website into maintenance while we make changes. Maintenance pauses website access and sync; it does not delete your collection or stop you using the local app.
